Fire sensing systems are the systems that report flames, smoke, heat, gases, and such materials are spreading due to fire. In case of danger, fire sensing systems get activated early and timely to endure safety of life and property. In addition to this, sensing systems also inform fire extinguishing sytems to activate extinguishers.
CONVENTIONAL FIRE SENSING SYSTEMS
Conventional sensing systems work in little areas. Eventhough they can’t locate exactly where fire started, they are highly efficient at sensing and informing. For the buildings with open spaces and small numbers of detached sections maximum 20 sensors (detector), and unlimited number of warning buttons can be connected. Line security is provided by the “end of line resistors” that are placces at the end of the lines. After receiving warnings from sensors and buttons Switchboard (panel), can assess them and with the help of the devices that are connected to it, panel can start giving out audio and lighted warnings.

ADDRESSED FIRE SENSING SYSTEMS
For the buildings with lots of independent sections (such as hotels, hospitals, dorms, etc.) pinpointing the starting place is extremely crusial. And it makes adressed fire sensing systems favoured for such buildings. Exact location sensory shortens the time it takes to respond to the fire. Many sensors and warning buttons can be places to the predetermined fire zones. A closed cycle is created for these zones, and they are connected to the panel. Signals coming from sensors and warning button reach to the panel. The panel assesses these signals, and if needed, activates the audio and lighted warnings. Every device that’s connected to the cycle obtains an address. This provides great ease to determine the exact location of the fire. Addressed fire sensing systems can recognize conditions and offers a minimum number of false alarm possibilities.
